LIKE A BIRD ON A WIRE

to be free
Wow. I have had a whole huge schedule change these past couple of weeks, more on this later, that has taken me far, far away from my usual many hours a day of "me time." I have barely had a chance to take a vesper walk, for instance, and descend into the mystery of grass, twigs, leaves, sky, and discarded candy wrappers. So when I finally did get a chance last night, even the telephone wires seemed especially poetic.

  1. Nice photos Heather. I am sort of a schedule person myself. Wonder why? And, why is Google making things more difficult with blogs?

    Ah, well.

  3. @Dylan (the man with a name of a poet) here's the complete verse of Mr. Cohen's quoted by our own "Dear Heather" as his younger and older Leonard self.

Yes, Happily for us, "Hallelujah", it's not "Closing Time" just yet. With any luck they will be kissing us "A Thousand Kissed Deep" "Always" in the "Tower of Song"
